Delete Account
We're sorry to see you go. Please read the information below before submitting your request.
What Gets Deleted
Once your account is deleted, the following will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered:
- All personal data, records, and documents stored in NCHRG
- Your account credentials and profile information
- Any active subscriptions (no further charges)
- Access permissions shared with connections
Data Retention
We will delete your personal data within 30 days of your request. Some data may be retained where required by law for fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Delete From the App
You can also delete your account directly in-app:
- Open NCHRG and go to Settings
- Tap Account → Delete Account
- Confirm your identity and follow the prompts
